This is a growing and changing list of things on my development and experimentation box.

I’ll probably take snapshots from time to time in order to figure out where I was as blog posts. Most of the apps that get on the list later, will have blog  posts as well, others, well they’re obvious or banal, but they’ll be on the list.

This list is in enountered order as of now, as soon as it gets stable, it’ll be in importance order.

Windows box list

• If its windows, it must be 7, or nothing.
• python
• itunes
• powershell
• sql server management studio
• chrome
• scite
• crimson editor – I just can’t do this stuff in scite, and crimson’s python mode just isn’t as good.
• pidgin – its not functionally awesome, its just consistently working on all os’s I have contact with.
• nant
• .net 2.0, 3.0,3.5, 4.0
• asp.net mvc
• Visual Studio 2008
• Sql Server 2008
• 7z – must, winzip is just lame in comparison, winrar kind of useful, but the fringe of how big it make files and its splitting modes are kind of annoying.
